About In the Current
It was five years after I started coaching professionally before I named my business In the Current. More than a snappy phrase, those words came to represent the process of change and growth in which my clients and I were engaged. It wasn’t so much about the particular challenge or goals that brought them to coaching, although there were strategies for those.
What I began to recognize as the most important work was learning to trust and listen to your inner guidance and then take action with a newfound clarity and boldness. That’s how In the Current became the conceptual framework for my coaching and writing. Today, In the Current has evolved from a coaching business to this website, a place to share my writing with you, a place you can come for inspiration.
